Frequently Asked Questions

How do I make a reservation?

The best way to make a reservation is to call us during normal business hours.

  • Fallen Timbers (Waterville, Ohio): 419-878-9796
  • Central Avenue (Toledo, Ohio): 419-841-6621
  • Maple Village (Ann Arbor, Michigan): 734-327-6920

You may also send us a reservation request on our reservations page.

Can I come in for a tour?

Absolutely! Our welcoming staff will be available to give you a personal tour of our doggie daycare, cat boarding, and dog boarding amenities during any of our open hours. Please understand that weekends are our busiest time.

What should I expect on my first visit?

Every visit your furry friend has with us will leave them wanting more, but there are a few things we need before we can spoil them with all that we have to offer.

First, please call us and introduce yourself. We want to learn more about you and your pet so that we can customize your options for the perfect stay! A member of our team will guide you through the reservation process and answer any questions you may have. Once we have spoken with you and learned more about you and your pet, here are some items you will likely need to bring with you at check-in:

  • Updated Vaccination Records
  • Evaluation Form (only if you have a dog that will be participating in our group play for the first time)
  • Collar
  • Leash (for dogs)

For more information on what to bring and what not to bring, please visit our cat and dog lodging pages.

My dog/cat has special medical needs, can he or she still come for a visit?

In most cases, the answer is yes. Please call us to discuss your pet's needs before making a reservation.
