Customer Service Representative
This position supports the company through customer service functions, including being the first point of contact for customer reservations, front desk reception, customer concerns and cash handling. Customer Service reps will obtain special pet handling requirements and make sure medical records are accurate and updated. All should be enthusiastic, able to multi-task and ensure customers - both internal and external are delighted with their Karnik experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable team-oriented individual that is able to work under pressure and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Must have a keen instinct for animal safety, proper procedure and loving commitment for the pets. It is essential all are able to regularly stand for extended periods, able to walk dogs of all sizes on a leash, occasionally lift at least 40 pounds, bend, stretch and work in and around pet hair and dander.
This position requires excellent customer service, communication, computer, sales and telephone skills, plus a strong desire to grow and learn with the company. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience working with computers in customer service, sales or pet care is helpful.
Pet Lodge (Boarding) Attendant
This position supports the company through the Pet Lodge functions, assuring that every guest has a quality experience and receives quality care, time and attention during his/her stay at the Lodge. Attendants ensure that food, water, medications and treats are given regularly. In addition, all guests' areas are cleaned and sanitized. Attendants also ensure that animal guests have appropriate activities, exercise and potty breaks.
All should be enthusiastic, able to multi-task and ensure customers - both internal and external - are delighted with their Karnik experience.
