We are delighted to offer pet cam access to our valued customers with
a confirmed reservation through the Gingr app. This feature allows you
to check in on your pet and see how they’re enjoying their time with
us, providing you with peace of mind while they’re in our care. We are
committed to keeping you connected to your pet and ensuring their stay
is as comfortable for you as it is for them.
Accessing Cameras via Gingr:

1. Log in to your Gingr account.
2. Once logged in, you will be directed to the Customer Portal Home Page.
3. Navigate to the “View” Tab in the menu on the left hand side.
4. Click on “View Live Cameras” then click the camera you’d like to
view to check in on your pet.
