Karnik University is an extensive web-based training program created with the intent of providing the utmost quality, safety and care for our beloved guests. Every employee is required to take all safety related training courses, quizzes and exams and are required to get a 100% on all of their work. They must complete all core curriculum before moving on to any other courses, and take courses specifically based on where they work within our facilities. Because education is so important to us and the safety of our clients’ pets, if an employee cannot complete the core required courses within the allotted time period, we ask that they seek employment elsewhere.

We believe that we are able to provide pet care superior to that of our competitors because of our unique training program, and we are very proud to have some of the most knowledgeable employees around!
