What to Bring
Pre-Portioned Meals: Bring all of your pet’s pre-portioned, labeled meals.
Medications: We can administer most oral and topical medications during lodging. Please bring all medications in the original prescription bottle with clear dosing instructions and let us know what the medication is treating. For safety reasons, we do not administer injectable medications, including insulin. Additional medication fees may apply.
Comfort Items: We provide comfortable bedding for every dog, but you are welcome to bring a familiar blanket or personal bed to help your dog feel more at home. Any items brought from home must be machine washable and fit comfortably within your dog’s lodging suite.
No, lodging rates cover your pet’s lodging and daily care during their stay. Meals are provided by the owner, or premium house food is available for an additional fee. Play and enrichment activities are customized to your pet’s preferences—you may choose daycare sessions, one-on-one private playtimes, or a mix of both to fit your dog’s needs and your budget.
Yes, reservations are required for overnight lodging. This ensures we can properly prepare for your pet’s stay. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate same-day requests for evaluated dogs if you call ahead and space allows. Holidays and summer weekends fill quickly—Thanksgiving and Christmas often book several months in advance. Established clients can reserve online or by phone.
Yes! Our lodging packages are designed to make your pet’s stay even more enjoyable—and more affordable. From our Grand Champion Package with full days of daycare to personalized one-on-one playtime bundles, there’s an option for every dog and every family.
Yes, dogs from the same household may lodge together as long as they can safely share food without supervision. While dogs are fed in separate bowls, meals are not individually monitored during lodging. If one dog has a special diet, food aggression, or different feeding needs, we require separate lodging to ensure everyone’s safety.
Standard Lodging Reservations (Both Locations):
Cancellations made within our normal cancellation window may be subject to fees. Please contact us for details based on your reservation dates and location.
Reservation Changes (Karnik Maple Village – Ann Arbor Only):
Due to high demand at our Maple Village location, lodging reservations are subject to the following terms:
Cancellations & Changes: Cancellations or significant changes (shortening a stay by more than one night) must be made at least seven (7) days prior to arrival. Cancellations within seven days of arrival will forfeit the deposit, and late modifications will be charged at the originally booked rate. This applies year-round, including holidays. Late changes leave us with unfilled spaces we turned other families away to reserve. This policy also helps us maintain appropriate staffing levels and continue accommodating all of our guests fairly while providing the high-quality care your pets deserve.
